The Architects Council of Zimbabwe continues to work with the City of Harare to stem the submission of drawings of Non-exempted buildings by unauthorised individuals in an effort to maintain safety and standards.
Key to this is the introduction of the ACZ GREEN FORM.
The use of the ACZ GREEN FORM for submission of NON-EXEMPTED WORKS to Local Authority is mandatory.
Note that the ACZ GREEN FORM is for use only by ARCHITECTS REGISTERED with The Architects Council of Zimbabwe.
The ACZ will continue to work closely with the relevant Local Authorities to ensure that all NON-EXEMPTED building projects undertaken are designed, submitted and supervised by a Registered Architect under the conditions of The Architects Act (1980)
